I am very pleased to report that Jo Mark has been appointed to the new post of HR Manager and Executive PA, which will help build capacity within our central team and support our Headteachers. She will also be an important point of contact for all staff.
Jo joins our Trust with a wealth of experience in personnel management and administration. She is looking forward to joining our Trust, working with us, and meeting you.

I have a wealth of HR knowledge from implementing Contracts of Employment, Policies and Procedures and Staff Handbooks and I intend to use this experience to help streamline the processes within the trust alongside the Trust Lead.
I have a passion for education and whilst I have not worked specifically in a school environment, I have played a key role in the PTA of my children’s school and assisted in the recruitment of their new head teacher. Jo will be based in the Trust’s Offices at Cirencester Deer Park School, but she will also be visiting our schools regularly. One of her first tasks is to support the Trustees in their recruitment of a new Trust Lead.
