I am delighted to introduce myself as the incoming Chief Executive Officer of Corinium Education Trust, beginning in January 2026. It is a genuine privilege to be joining a community with such strong values and a clear commitment to nurturing every child’s potential.
My passion for education began early, some of my fondest childhood memories involve role-playing classrooms with friends! That early enthusiasm grew into a lifelong dedication to ensuring that all children and young people receive the very best start in life. I pursued a Bachelor of Education degree at the University of Gloucestershire, and that sense of moral purpose has remained at the heart of everything I do.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work across primary, secondary, and special schools, holding a variety of successful leadership roles including Headteacher, Executive Headteacher, and Director of School Improvement for a large and successful multi-academy trust. In each role, I’ve focused on sustainable school improvement and creating environments where pupils, staff, and communities can thrive.
I know that parents and carers play a vital role in a child’s educational journey. Your insights, support, and engagement are invaluable, and I am committed to fostering strong partnerships between home and school. Whether through regular communication, opportunities to contribute to school life, or listening to your feedback, I want every parent to feel informed and involved. Together, we can create a nurturing and ambitious environment where every child flourishes—academically, socially, and emotionally.
