The newly created CET Staff Forum has now had two meetings and these will continue over the next year where staff members from the Trust are represented by volunteers from each school. Each school has a voice within the Trust so we can develop and enhance all the schools within it.
The initial meeting focused on the role of the staff forum and what we will be looking at. The second meeting was focused on the recent staff and parent survey and the areas we are going to focus on because of these.
Going forward, we are going to look at wellbeing and, excitingly, start looking at potential solutions to this and implementing them over the year.
